Job summary

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking a Texas Property Litigation Paralegal (REMOTE) to support our plaintiff property litigation team. You will work closely with attorneys to move cases forward, manage deadlines, and maintain organized electronic files in Filevine.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Texas civil litigation experience and a proactive attitude toward case management, communication with clients, and timely document preparation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Texas civil litigation experience (Required).
• Hands-on experience working with Texas civil litigation matters.
• Property & Casualty litigation experience preferred.
• Strong client communication skills and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Texas property‑casualty litigation matters from pre‑suit through resolution, keeping cases organized and on schedule.
• Monitor and calendar litigation deadlines, court dates, hearings, depositions, and other events.
• Maintain complete electronic case files in Filevine and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Coordinate service and filing of documents, and assist with Texas e‑filing requirements.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and attorneys throughout cases.
