Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar and have experience in state and federal courts, discovery management, depositions, and drafting petitions and briefs. The firm provides a top-of-market salary or production-based compensation, plus strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience.
• Must be admitted to practice in California; can be based anywhere in the US.
• Experience in state and federal courts; supervising staff; managing discovery; taking/defending depositions; writing petitions, complaints, motions and briefs with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in state and federal courts.
• Manage case strategy and trial preparation.
• Supervise staff and coordinate discovery.
• Take and defend depositions; draft motions and briefs.
