Carta Healthcare Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Clinical Data Abstractor to join our remote team. You will abstract and code patient information from medical records to support multiple registries and ensure high IRR.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical data abstractor experience.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Maintain a 98% or higher IRR score.
• Previous remote work experience preferred.
• Available for a minimum of 60 abstraction hours monthly.
