Job summary

Carta Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Data Abstractor for a 100% remote, hourly position. You will abstract and code patient data from medical records to meet the needs of various target registries.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience, EMR proficiency, and a 98% IRR. Remote work is preferred; 60 abstraction hours monthly are required. Laptop provided, PTO, paid holidays, and benefits included.

• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Maintain a 98% or higher IRR score.
• Previous remote work experience preferred.
