Job summary

Carta Healthcare Inc. is seeking full-time Clinical Data Abstractors for a 100% remote hourly position. You will abstract and code patient information from medical records to meet registries’ requirements, maintaining high IRR scores and working at least 60 hours per month.

The role offers a flexible schedule, a laptop provided by Carta, paid time off, holidays, and benefits as a W2 employee. Prior remote work is preferred and EMR system proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Maintain a 98% or higher IRR score.
• Previous remote work experience preferred.
• Available for a minimum of 60 abstraction hours monthly.
