Job summary

Carta Healthcare Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Clinical Data Abstractor to abstract and code patient information from medical records for multiple registries. This position is 100% remote, hourly, non-exempt, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, and a $32.00 hourly wage.

Laptop provided and benefits eligible. Candidates should have at least 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience, proficiency with EMR systems, and a minimum 60 abstractions per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Maintain a 98% or higher IRR score.
• Previous remote work experience preferred.
• Available for a minimum of 60 abstraction hours monthly.

Responsibilities

• Abstract and code patient information from medical records to meet registry requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data abstractions for multiple registries.
