Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of sales experience in related industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% and live within Midwest territory.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and key accounts through regular visits across the United States.
• Visit potential new customers to promote products and grow market share.
• Develop brand marketing programs for individual customers.
• Staff trade shows and customer field days as needed.
• Assist in implementation of marketing plans and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with sales management and grower services to plan seasonal shipping needs.
• Develop annual sales budgets and update forecasts with the sales manager.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Management on future varieties for customers.
• Suggest new product opportunities based on customer needs.
