Job summary

DLF North America is recruiting a Professional Turf Account Manager for the Midwest region. This is a remote role; the successful candidate must reside within the territory and be willing to travel across the United States to manage key accounts and grow new business.

You will develop marketing programs, staff trade shows, and coordinate with R&D and product teams to align offerings with customer needs. A strong track record in turf or seed sales, excellent communication, and a team-oriented

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of sales experience in seed or allied industries.
• Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel 30–40%.
• Self-directed, performance-driven, team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and key accounts through regular visits across the United States.
• Visit potential new customers to promote products.
• Develop brand marketing programs for individual customers.
• Staff trade exhibitions and customer field days as needed.
• Assist in implementation of company marketing plans including the strategic plan.
• Collaborate with sales management and grower services to meet seasonal shipping demands.
• Develop sales budgets annually and update forecasts with the sales manager.
• Coordinate with R&D and Product Management for future varieties per customer needs.
• Contribute input for development of new product needs and customer requirements (program or standard).
