Job summary

DLF North America is seeking a Professional Turf Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers across the United States. The role requires traveling across the US, engaging in face-to-face meetings, and representing the company at trade shows and events.

The ideal candidate has a track record in turf or seed sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance marketing initiatives with sales goals.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in seed industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30–40%.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and key accounts across the United States.
• Visit potential new customers to promote products.
• Develop brand marketing programs for individual customers.
• Staff trade exhibitions and customer field days as needed.
• Assist in implementation of marketing plans and strategic sales activities.
• Collaborate with sales management and Grower Services for seasonal demand.
• Develop annual sales budgets and forecasts with the sales manager.
• Coordinate with R&D and Product Management for future varieties and customer needs.
• Identify and develop new product opportunities with customers.
