Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Application SME + Trainer to provide expert guidance and training for the JCC2-R application. The role supports sustainment engineering, documentation updates, integration, and the creation of an online curriculum for operator- and instructor-level audiences.

Responsibilities include developing and delivering direct training, reviewing and modifying online training suites, and ensuring comprehensive curriculum coverage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the functional area.
• Subject matter expertise in the JCC2-R application and associated workflows.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
• Ability to create and maintain online curriculum tailored to operator-level and instructor-level audiences.
• Experience supporting JCC2 or similar DoD mission application training environments.
• DCWF Job Code: 711.
• Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly required.
• Role may require travel to a site 10-20% of the time.

Responsibilities
