Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Application SME + Trainer to deliver expert training and sustainment support for the JCC2-R application. You will develop and deliver instructor- and operator-level curriculum, update online training suites, and ensure content aligns with DoD workflows.

The role is remote, contingent on award, and requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly. Travel to sites may be needed 10–20% of the time. Previous DoD training experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in the functional area.
• Subject matter expert in the JCC2-R application and workflows.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
• Ability to create and maintain online curriculum for operator- and instructor-level audiences.
• Experience supporting JCC2 or similar DoD mission application training environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct training and instruction to personnel as instructed by JCC2.
• Support sustainment engineering and documentation for JCC2-R.
• Develop and maintain online training suites and curriculum.
• Guide review and modification of training materials as needed.
• Coordinate travel to sites 10-20% of the time.
