Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Application SME + Trainer to provide subject matter expertise and training support for the JCC2-R application. The role includes sustainment engineering support, documentation updates, integration work, and the creation of an online curriculum.

Training will cover operator-level and instructor-level curricula, with instructor materials to empower trainees to deliver training themselves.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the functional area.
• Subject matter expertise in the JCC2-R application and workflows.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
• Ability to create and maintain online curriculum tailored to operator-level and instructor-level audiences.
• Experience supporting JCC2 or similar DoD mission application training environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support and training for the JCC2-R application.
• Develop and deliver direct training and instruction to personnel.
• Review and modify online training suites; create original online curriculum.
• Ensure operator-level and instructor-level curricula are included.
