Job summary

ICF seeks a DevSecOps Engineer for a fully remote federal contract. You will help integrate security into cloud and application development, support CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated security controls in line with federal standards.

The role involves cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers with Docker/Kubernetes, and collaboration across Agile teams. A TS clearance and US residency are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required.
• 2+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, systems engineering, or cybersecurity.
• U.S. residency and citizenship required for federal contract work.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Support IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Integrate security scanning into pipelines (SAST, DAST, dependency, container scans).
• Support cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP with best-security practices.
• Assist containerization with Docker and Kubernetes concepts.
• Monitor environments, logs, and alerts; help with incident response.
• Document configurations and security controls for audits and compliance.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security in an Agile environment.
• Learn and apply NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and similar federal standards.
