Qualifications

• Active TS security clearance required.
• 2+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, systems engineering, or cybersecurity.
• U.S. residency and work within US due to federal contract requirements.
• U.S. citizenship for this federal role.
• Bachelors in CS/IS/Cybersecurity or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices preferred.
• Experience with one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
• Working knowledge of Linux and scripting (Bash, Python) preferred.
• Exposure to DevSecOps tools (e.g., SonarQube, Snyk, Trivy, Checkov, Aqua, Prisma) preferred.
• Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes recommended.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53, FedRAMP or federal security standards preferred.
• Entry-level certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner/Azure Fundamentals/Security+ preferred.
• Experience in regulated/government environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building, maintaining, and monitoring CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Support infrastructure as code initiatives with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Integrate security scanning and compliance validation into build/release pipelines (SAST/DAST, dependency, container scanning).
• Support cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) focusing on security best practices.
• Contribute to containerization efforts using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor environments, logs, alerts; troubleshoot and support incident response.
• Document configurations, workflows, and security controls for audits/compliance.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security in Agile/Scrum.
