Wintermeyer Ventures seeks an established Trusts & Estates Partner to grow its private wealth and family office practice. You will advise high-net-worth clients on complex, multi-jurisdictional wealth planning, collaborating with colleagues across related practices.

Remote role with a primary location in New York, NY; candidates with client bases in FL, TX, NY, or CA are encouraged. Requires 8+ years, a JD, and an entrepreneurial approach to growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of legal experience in trusts and estates.
• Partner-level experience or clear path to partnership in trusts and estates.
• Demonstrated experience in complex estate and wealth transfer planning.
• Cross-border planning experience is ideal.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial approach to practice growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a partner-level trusts and estates practice.
• Advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on estate, gift, and wealth transfer planning.
• Structure and counsel family offices and private investment entities.
• Advise on trust formation, administration, and fiduciary matters.
• Develop succession plans for closely held businesses and investment structures.
• Address cross-border and international estate planning issues.
• Coordinate with tax, corporate, real estate, and litigation colleagues to deliver integrated client service.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and their professional advisors while developing new business.
