The incoming partner will leverage an established portable business and work with tax, corporate, real estate, and litigation teams to provide holistic counsel and grow the practice nationally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a partner-level attorney in trusts and estates, with high-net-worth clients.
• Experience handling complex estate planning, wealth transfer, and cross-border issues.
• Strong track record of growing a partner-level practice and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a partner-level trusts and estates practice.
• Advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families on complex planning.
• Structure family offices and private investment entities.
• Counsel on trust formation, administration, and fiduciary matters.
• Develop succession plans for closely held businesses and investments.
• Address cross-border and international estate planning issues.
• Coordinate with tax, corporate, real estate, and litigation partners.
