Job summary

Leoforce in Manhattan is seeking a mid-to-senior trusts & estates attorney with 6+ years of private wealth experience at a law firm and an active New York bar.

You will own direct client relationships from day one and draft grantor trusts, GRATs, and family LLCs, handling sophisticated wealth-transfer matters in-office in Manhattan.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of trusts & estates / private wealth experience at a law firm.
• Active New York bar admission; drafting fluency in grantor trusts, GRATs, family LLCs, or comparable wealth-transfer vehicles.
• Comfortable owning direct client communication, not just drafting in the background; based in or able to work from Manhattan (in-office).
