Job summary

Jobot, an established regional civil defense firm, seeks a Litigation Attorney for a hybrid remote role in Irvine. You will manage a full civil defense docket from pre-suit through jury trial and appeal, interfacing with domestic carriers and London market insurers across multiple defense areas.

Base salary is up to $225k with bonuses, plus an origination bonus, and a generous package including unlimited PTO, sick leave, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.

Litigation Attorney - Hybrid Remote - Irvine - Established Regional Firm - $130k to $225k Base + Bonuses

We are a 50+ attorney regional civil litigation firm with offices across Southern California, Northern California, Central California, Nevada, and Florida. Panel counsel for domestic carriers and London market insurers for 30+ years. We defend high-exposure claims from pre-suit through jury trial and appeal across a broad spectrum of civil defense practice areas.

• Base salary up to $225k + bonuses
• Origination bonus — 50% of collected revenue above your billing rate on business you bring in
