American Trucking Group USA is seeking an independent CDL-A Driver Recruiter to source and place qualified truck drivers. This is a remote 1099 contractor role with commission-based compensation and no guaranteed income.

You will source candidates via online boards, social media, referrals and networking; conduct screenings; guide candidates through referrals and placement; maintain records; and build relationships to maximize placements, while setting your own schedule and hours.

• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
