Job summary

American Trucking Group USA is seeking an Independent CDL-A Driver Recruiter to work remotely as a 1099 contractor. You will source and place qualified CDL-A drivers using online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, screening candidates by phone and guiding them through placement.

This role is commission-only with no hourly pay, salary, or benefits, and income depends on successful placements.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor experience in recruitment, preferably in trucking or driver recruitment.
• Must provide own computer, phone, and reliable internet access.
• Ability to set own schedule and work hours.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Results-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential CDL-A drivers through online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct phone screenings to assess driver qualifications, experience, and CDL status
• Guide qualified candidates through the referral and placement process
• Maintain accurate records of driver applications and placement status
• Build relationships with potential candidates to maximize placements
