We are seeking a motivated independent recruiter to source and place qualified CDL-A drivers. This is a remote 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-only compensation based on successful placements.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential CDL-A drivers through online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct phone screenings to assess driver qualifications, experience, and CDL status
• Guide qualified candidates through the referral and placement process
• Maintain accurate records of driver applications and placement status
• Build relationships with potential candidates to maximize placements

Compensation
