Job summary

Onterris Payroll, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Tribal NEPA, Brownfield & Community Revitalization. This remote role focuses on coordinating NEPA/CEQA, environmental planning and liaison work with Tribal Nations to support sustainable redevelopment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in consulting, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership in environmental projects across Alaska and beyond. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in environmental fields or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Phase I/II ESAs, remediation or site reuse planning.
• Minimum 5+ years as a consultant with federal and Tribal regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I/II ESAs and remediation projects.
• Coordinate with Tribal Nations on NEPA/CEQA planning and permits.
• Manage fieldwork across Alaska and other states.
