Job summary

Onterris in the United States seeks a Project Manager to support Tribal NEPA, Brownfield and community revitalization efforts. You will promote collaboration with Tribal Nations, perform environmental impact analyses, and manage CEQA/NEPA documentation across Alaska and beyond.

The role emphasizes client-facing leadership, field coordination, and delivering integrated environmental services. This remote position may involve travel within Alaska and the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience planning, executing, and/or overseeing Phase I/II ESAs, remediation, and/or site-specific reuse and/or area-wide Planning activities.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a consultant with a specific emphasis on federal and Tribal regulatory experience.
• Experience with multi-media sampling and environmental regulations related to NEPA/CEQA planning documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and environmental planning knowledge for tribal fee-to-trust projects and environmental impact analysis.
• Coordinate for CEQA/NEPA research and document production.
• Lead and assist with writing project proposals and grant applications.
