Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager to deliver accounting and grants management services for Tribal government clients. The role involves monthly closings, financial reporting, policy development, and collaboration with clients to improve processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel ~10–15%. This remote-friendly position supports clients nationwide and integrates with our Business Consulting Services team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required; emphasis preferred.
• Experience in grants management, financial accounting incl. reconciliation, and/or accounts payable processing.
• Strong verbal and written communication for client service across channels.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize, and work on multiple projects under deadlines.
• Collaborate across functions and travel as needed (10–15%).

Responsabilidades

• Provides accounting services for Tribal governments, including monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Manages grants, reporting, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Develops policies and procedures on key accounting matters.
• Coordinates with clients during audits and assists with business growth initiatives.
• Travel to client locations or trainings as required.
