Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience strongly preferred.
• 5+ years leading fast-paced, customer-facing teams in SaaS or Product-Led Growth startups.
• 3+ years in staffing, performance management and career coaching.
• You are a true people manager, mentoring and developing others.
• Strong technical aptitude to help users succeed with HighLevel software.

Responsibilities

• Influence and coach team to achieve goals and maintain a positive culture.
• Lead and measure KPIs, coaching against growth metrics and policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and engagement.
• Translate data into action to improve team performance.
• Conduct performance conversations and provide constructive feedback.
• Provide teams with technical resources and advisories as needed.
• Issue warnings and action plans when required.
• Foster morale and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism and ownership of team success.
• Escalate high-severity issues and support customer and team needs.
• Be available with camera on during shifts to assist via Zoom.
