Job summary

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a remote Triage Clinic Nurse to provide expert phone-based clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management for our community. The role emphasizes compassionate triage, referral coordination, and timely guidance on medical concerns.

The ideal candidate holds a WA RN license in good standing, BLS certification, and prefers a BSN with 2+ years clinical experience. Remote work is offered with onsite training.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing.
• BLS Certification required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Two years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Triage experience preferred.
• Remote RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote clinical assessments via phone consultations.
• Provide health education and guidance to patients.
• Assist with utilization management and referrals/interventions as needed.
• Respond to inquiries about medical conditions, medications, and tests.
