Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current WA RN license.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience in acute care or ambulatory settings.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in telephone triage or call center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming calls, assess needs, and direct to appropriate level of care.
• Conduct patient interviews, assess symptoms, and document information.
