• RN licensure in North Carolina.
• Experience in triage or acute care nursing preferred.
• Telehealth triage and patient education experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct telehealth triage via telephone or video consultations.
• Evaluate medical complaints and provide nursing interventions.
• Develop and implement care plans per protocols and provider guidance.
• Administer medications and coordinate follow-up care.
• Respond to medical and mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients on chronic diseases, communicable conditions, treatment compliance, and preventive health.
