Job summary

Lithic is hiring Treasury Software Engineers to own backend services that manage the flow of funds between Lithic and third parties. You will work with a modern, cloud-native stack on AWS using Python, building a ledger, ACH and wire infrastructure with high reliability.

Roles include II and Senior levels; remote work is available with location constraints in the US, Canada, Netherlands, Poland or Czech Republic. Expect competitive compensation and equity.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives from planning to launch, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Develop a deep understanding of Treasury domain and tech stacks to build mental models.
• Improve system resilience and ensure high reliability and correctness for ledger and funds flows.
• Lead architectural direction and solve complex technical challenges for scalable systems.
