Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking an Advance Reporting and Facilities Manager to oversee reconciling and reporting of servicing portfolio activity. This remote-from-home role focuses on advance facility analysis, modeling, and support for corporate initiatives.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and 3+ years in mortgage servicing or lending finance, with strong SQL skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 3+ years of Mortgage Servicing or lending finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of conventional and government reconciliation and reporting (GNMA, FNMA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Design and implement policies to meet investor and regulatory requirements.
• Review department reporting for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate advance facility funding and repayment for complex clients.
• Serve as main contact for internal and external servicing advance requests.
