Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking an Advance Reporting and Facilities Manager to oversee reconciling and reporting of advance and recovery activity for the servicing portfolio. This role supports corporate initiatives with facility analysis, modeling, and governance, while ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and applicable laws.

The target pay is $110k-$140k plus an annual bonus. The position involves leading staff, developing reporting processes, and acting as the primary contact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 3+ years of Mortgage Servicing or lending finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of conventional and government reconciliation and reporting (private label, GNMA, FHLMC and FNMA).
• 3+ years of mortgage servicing software experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out management responsibilities per policies, procedures and laws; hire/train staff and oversee performance.
• Develop and implement reporting policies for investor/regulatory requirements.
• Review department reports for accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Design, build and implement new reporting as needed.
• Identify process improvements and streamline procedures.
• Review monthly reconciliations prepared by Analysts for completeness and compliance.
• Approve reconciliations of cash and non-cash recovery activity by staff.
• Process advance facility funding and repayment requests for complex customers.
• Serve as main contact for internal and external requests regarding Servicing advance facilities.
