Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking an Advance Reporting and Facilities Manager to oversee reconciling and reporting of servicing advances and recoveries, with remote work from home option. The role requires finance-focused expertise, 3+ years in mortgage servicing, and strong SQL/Access skills to support investor guidelines and regulatory compliance.

The position offers a salary range of $110k–$140k with annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in finance or related field.
• 3+ years in Mortgage Servicing or lending finance.
• Experience with Advance Facility preferred.
• 3+ years mortgage servicing software experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation/reporting for investor and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing and training per policies and laws.
• Develop and implement Policies and Procedures for compliance.
• Quality review of department reports for accuracy.
• Design, build, and implement new reporting as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Review monthly reconciliations for compliance.
• Review and approve cash and non-cash recovery reconciliations.
• Process advance facility funding and repayment requests.
• Serve as contact for servicing advance facilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
