Job summary

TopDog Law LLC is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Treasury to lead the firm’s treasury function and ensure liquidity, cash visibility, banking infrastructure, and financial controls to support growth in a nationally scaling personal injury practice.

You will own cash management, forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury risk management, partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Operations to drive efficient cash utilization and accurate cash-flow reporting while supporting Trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• CPA certification (preferred).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for complex cash-flow models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s treasury function including cash management and liquidity.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury controls.
• Oversee cash disbursements, wires, ACH, and other payment processes.
• Establish treasury policies, procedures, and approval processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Operations on treasury projects.
