Job summary

Underdog is seeking a senior treasury professional to own cash management and regulatory operations within a fast‑growing sports fintech. You will manage real capital, liquidity, and regulatory safeguards in a high‑stakes environment, collaborating with Accounting, Compliance and Product to scale treasury governance.

You will influence banking relationships, policy development and automation, while ensuring precise daily calculations and reporting under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Significant treasury, cash management or regulatory operations experience in a regulated financial institution (FCM, broker-dealer, clearing firm or bank).
• Direct exposure to FCM, DCM and DCO operations and market-maker side knowledge is preferred.
• Strong command of cash management, wire controls and bank reconciliation.
• Experience negotiating banking terms and leading discussions with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own daily customer fund segregation and secured amount calculations under applicable regulations.
• Monitor bank concentration limits and counterparty credit conditions across depositories.
• Support regulatory reporting, audits and examinations for treasury and cash management.
• Manage daily cash positioning against withdrawals and margin requirements.
• Initiate and review wire transfers under internal controls and approvals.
• Develop treasury governance, policy and automation with cross‑functional partners.
