Surgery Partners in Brentwood, TN, is seeking a Director of Treasury Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, capital allocation analytics, and executive reporting from a hybrid office. The role partners with the Assistant Treasurer and Treasury leadership to drive accurate forecasts and strategic insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA or advanced qualification preferred.
• Experience in treasury, FP&A, corporate finance or related finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting for treasury metrics.
• Oversee capital expenditure budgeting, forecasting, and governance.
• Provide insights to optimize cash generation and capital allocation.
• Partner with Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, and senior leadership.
