Job summary

Monzo Bank Limited is seeking a Treasury Analyst focused on commercial performance to support budgeting, stress testing, month-end, and modelling. You will help Monzo manage liquidity, capital, interest rate risk, and credit portfolios while collaborating across Treasury, Finance and Risk teams.

The role involves enhancing forecasting, automating processes, and delivering insights to drive informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience working at a bank and knowledge of Treasury forecasting.
• Highly analytical and forward thinking approach.
• Able to articulate technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Strong technical skills

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes including stress testing and model development.
• Support month end reporting including cost analysis and reporting.
• Enhance our control environment and automate processes with technology.
• Partner with internal teams to help inform business decisions.
• Bring experience in Treasury forecasting and liquidity management.
