Job summary

EverCommerce is seeking a Treasury Analyst to optimize cash management, liquidity planning, and banking operations. The role collaborates with Accounting, FP&A, AP, AR, Payroll, Tax, and business teams to strengthen treasury processes in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

You will contribute to month‑end close and drive process improvements. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of treasury/finance experience, strong Excel, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or corporate finance.
• Strong Excel skills; able to perform financial analysis and reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet recurring deadlines.
• Able to work cross-functionally with finance and business partners.
• Experience with SaaS, multi-entity companies, NetSuite, OneStream is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain cash position analysis across bank accounts and entities.
• Support short-term cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Assist with bank account administration, including openings, closings, signer updates, KYC Requests, and banking documentation.
• Monitor bank balances, transactions, fees, and cash movements.
• Support payment activities, intercompany transfers, and treasury-related journal entry coordination.
• Partner with Accounting, AP, AR, Payroll, Tax, and FP&A to resolve cash and banking questions.
• Help maintain treasury controls, documentation, and compliance with internal policies.
• Assist with month-end close activities related to cash, debt, interest, bank fees, and treasury reporting.
• Support ongoing process improvements, treasury reporting automation, and system enhancements.
• Participate in ad hoc finance and treasury projects as EverCommerce scales.
