Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in logistics/warehouse field.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.
• MHE experience required.
• OSHA knowledge required.
• DOT/Hazmat knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily/shift goals and plans to achieve operational targets.
• Assist with and train hourly staff and specialists.
• Lead and mentor staff; enforce policies and procedures.
• Make location activity decisions e.g. demand planning, supplier calls, customer interactions.
• Support system and process training; perform admin tasks to support location activities.
• Identify and solve operational issues; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
