Job summary

World Travel Service is seeking a Travel Consultant Training and Support Specialist for a fully remote role. The trainer will educate experienced Travel Consultants on Sabre GDS formats and best practices, while offering real-time support via calls and emails.

Responsibilities include communicating company processes, multi-tasking across projects, and assisting testing and other departments. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience training travel agents in group settings.
• Ability to provide real-time support via phone and email.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for occasional assignments.
• Ability to work effectively from home.

Responsibilities

• Teach experienced Travel Consultants GDS formats and best practices.
• Communicate processes to the agent team and build relationships.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide real-time crisis support to Travel Counselors.
• Assist other departments with GDS-related support.
• Assist in testing new processes and with broad range of projects.
