Job summary

Hopesglobalgetaways is expanding its remote customer experience division and seeking motivated individuals for the role of Travel Customer Success Representative. In this position, you will assist clients with travel coordination and provide exceptional service.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. No travel industry experience is required due to comprehensive training and support offered to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through travel planning and booking process.
• Research travel options including hotels and vacation packages.
• Review reservation details to maintain accurate itineraries.
• Provide clients with information based on their travel goals.
• Communicate professionally through email and phone.
• Assist with itinerary revisions and customer service requests.
• Organize client profiles and booking confirmations.
• Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings.
