Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CTA certification must be obtained within two years of hire.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and familiarity with travel booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Craft domestic and international travel experiences including cruises, tours, flights, and hotels.
• Leverage personal travel experiences to guide clients and inspire bookings.
• Build long-term relationships to convert first-time clients into loyal travelers.
• Educate clients on AAA benefits and exclusive travel perks.
• Process bookings and documents in compliance with ARC, DOT and AAA policies.
• Attend events, training, and familiarization trips to stay current in the industry.
