Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Associate Retail Travel Agent to craft memorable travel experiences for clients, from cruises to flights and hotels. You will draw on your own travel experiences to inspire customers and build lasting relationships.

The role offers base pay with monthly incentives, comprehensive benefits, and structured training with opportunities for advancement. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends and travel events to stay current.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or travel school preferred.
CTA certification must be completed within two years of hire; company covers costs and provides time to complete.

Responsibilities

Craft unforgettable domestic and international travel experiences: cruises, land tours, flights, hotels, and more.
Use personal travel experiences to inspire and guide clients.
Build long-term relationships, turning first-time clients into loyal travelers.
Leverage AAA’s travel strategy to meet sales goals.
Process bookings and payments while ensuring compliance with ARC, DOT, and AAA policies.
Educate clients on AAA benefits, including perks and the AAA credit card.
Attend promotions, trainings, and familiarization trips to stay ahead.
