Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Travel Sales Representative to handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into bookings for air, hotel, car, cruises, and experiences. This fully remote role requires a strong sales background and excellent customer service skills.

You will guide clients through personalized travel solutions, maintain high owner experience scores, and work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends as needed. Training is provided and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required as a minimum.
• Bachelor’s degree in tourism, travel, hospitality, business or related field preferred.
• Six months of customer service and sales experience.
• Travel software knowledge is a plus (e.g., Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre, Worldspan).

Responsibilities

• Meets with owners to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences.
• Book domestic airfare, car and hotel reservations, and related travel arrangements.
• Respond to owner inquiries via email and web communications; initiate bookings as requested.
• Maintain production targets and exceed customer service scores by delivering exceptional owner experience.
• Handle payments and support changes, cancellations, refunds, and adjustments.
