Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Travel Sales Representative to join our work-from-home team supporting domestic customers. You will handle inbound calls, guide bookings for car rentals, airfare, hotels, cruises and local experiences, and build rapport with clients.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of travel or customer service experience, strong sales skills, and the ability to work a 5-week training schedule from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm CST, with availability 7:00 am–9:00 pm CST Mon–Sat.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in customer service; call center experience preferred.
• Travel agency sales or travel industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn travel software and manage multiple systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to plan dream vacations and guide bookings (cars, airfare, hotels, cruises, experiences).
• Build rapport and provide personalized travel solutions.
• Achieve service and sales targets while ensuring high owner experience.
• Meet training schedule and maintain availability during CST hours.
• Support owners via email and web communications when needed.
