Career Advancement Network is seeking a reservations specialist to assist clients with travel inquiries, reservation coordination, and ongoing customer support in a fully remote role. This position offers training resources for newcomers to the travel industry and emphasizes client-focused service, accurate record-keeping, and proactive follow-up throughout the reservation process.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries regarding travel and reservation options
• Gather information about client preferences, dates, destinations, and travel needs
• Research available accommodations, cruises, tours, resorts, and vacation packages
• Assist clients with reservation details using approved travel supplier platforms
• Verify booking information for accuracy
• Provide clients with relevant confirmation and travel information
• Assist with reservation updates and changes when needed
• Communicate with suppliers regarding reservation questions
• Maintain accurate and organized client records
• Provide professional follow-up throughout the reservation process
