No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing resources are provided to help you become familiar with travel suppliers, booking systems, destinations, and client support procedures.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Research hotels, cruises, resorts, vacation packages, tours, and other travel options
• Assist clients with travel-related questions and reservation details
• Provide professional and timely customer service
• Communicate with travel suppliers when assistance is needed
• Maintain organized client and reservation information
• Follow up with clients regarding upcoming travel and important updates
• Stay informed about destinations, supplier promotions, and travel policies
• Provide support throughout the travel planning process
