Job summary

RemoteFetch seeks a Client Operations Associate to support clients with travel research, reservation coordination, and booking requests. This fully remote, independent contractor role focuses on organized, detail-oriented work and proactive client communication throughout the planning process.

You will learn reservation processes, supplier systems, and travel-industry procedures while providing professional support and timely updates to clients as bookings evolve.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client and reservation information.
• Monitor booking details, confirmations, changes, and applicable deadlines.
• Work with travel suppliers and reservation platforms.
• Follow established booking procedures and supplier requirements.
• Provide professional and responsive client support throughout the planning process.
• Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and travel products.
