Indagare Inc. is seeking a Travel Planning Support representative to service Self-Planner members with rapid hotel bookings and weekend coverage.

You will report to an Operations Manager as part of a four-member Travel Planning Support team, with a consistent five-day schedule. This fully remote position is based in the United States and requires weekend availability, strong communication, and collaboration with the Bookings and Tech teams to ensure smooth reservations and excellent client

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-time professional experience preferred.

• Technical skills: MS Office, Google Suite; Slack, Salesforce, Zoom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service Self Planner members by confirming hotel reservations via email, phone, and Indagare’s platform.
• Support weekends and four weekdays with a set five-day schedule.
• Collaborate with Tech dept to improve reservation processes.
• Manage Live Chat and assist with travel-related questions.
• Troubleshoot weekend bookings emergencies with the team.
• Execute operational tasks for the Trip Designers (data entry, itineraries, supplier comms).
• Participate in company projects prioritized by Bookings Leadership.
• Build relationships with travel partners and destination experts.
• Grow knowledge through Indagare training to advance within the Bookings dept.
