Responsibilities

• Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Support travel inquiries, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and internal processes.
• Monitor upcoming trips and follow up with clients when needed.
• Respond to questions or concerns professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
