Camirandtravel seeks motivated, organized individuals for a Remote Travel Coordinator / Vacation Planner role. You will research, plan, and book travel experiences while delivering excellent customer service throughout the process.

This remote, independent contractor opportunity offers flexible scheduling, training, and access to supplier resources to help you grow your independent travel business.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms.
• Organized with good attention to detail and time management.
• Training and ongoing learning about travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on their needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel options.
• Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary options.
• Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers and booking platforms.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after the booking process.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information.
• Process and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment dates.
• Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel requirements.
• Participate in available training and professional development.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Market and grow your independent travel business.
